Meet our Teachers
BECKY PHILLIPS
Owner/Director/Dance Instructor
Becky is an Accredited Member of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. and Chicago National Association of Dance Masters by examination to teach and has CEU through CNADM. She also holds a certification for Acrodance through Acrobatic Arts.
Becky is the President of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. and has served on the Executive Board of DMW since 2012. Becky is a member of the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) and Wisconsin Dance Council.
Becky's dance career began in 1983 with her first dance class and has been teaching since 1991; She has owned the studio since 2006. Beck enjoyed Choreographing Footloose for Edgerton High School is 2013.
Becky and her husband Troy have five children; Kenni, Brandon (Ashley), Theresa, Meghan (Noah), and Nathan. They have 6 beautiful grandchildren; granddaughter Ciearra and grandsons Ezra, Christian, Aiden, Hudson, and Jordan.
Becky enjoys being involved in the community with dance workshops and events through local schools, YMCA, community events and other organizations. Her family has been involved with the dance studio through the years.
Becky is excited to have the opportunity to share the artistry and passion of dance with your family!
KENNI PHILLIPS
Dance Instructor/Choreographer
Kenni is on the Executive Board of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. with the position of Sergeant of Arms. She is an Accredited Member of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. by Examination to teach in Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Kenni has been a guest instructor at the Dance Masters of Wisconsin teacher workshops several years. She enjoys attending dance conventions throughout the year to continue her education and expand her knowledge of dance. Kenni receives CEU with CNADM. She also holds a certification for Acrodance through Acrobatic Arts. She has been dancing since 1995 and began her teaching career in 2009. Kenni received her Associate's Degree of Arts and Science in 2014 at UW-Rock County. While attending UW Whitewater in 2015, Kenni choreographed and performed in the Emergent Choreographers Concert. As one of our Competition Team instructors, Kenni has choreographed and taught many top award winning routines including her Platinum award winning Production routine "The Greatest Show".
She is very involved with the local community through the studio leading workshops for local schools, the YMCA and other organizations! She looks forward to getting to know your dancers and sharing dance with your family!
KATHLEEN CASEY
Dance Instructor/Choreographer
Kathleen graduated from UW Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in dance. While at UW Whitewater she performed with “Dance Scapes” and “ECC” working with many talented students and professional choreographers. She performed with The Good Company in 42nd Street, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and in the James Sewell production of Amahl and The Night Visitors. Kathleen has been dancing since 1995 and began her teaching career in 2005. Kathleen is an Accredited Member of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. by examination to teach in core competencies; ballet, tap and jazz. She enjoys attending Dance Masters of Wisconsin workshops to expand her knowledge in dance and teaching. Kathleen has choreographed and taught many award winning routines for our competition team. In addition to teaching dance, she works full time at Cyclomedia, an international geospatial solutions company. Kathleen and her finacé Casey are busy planning their upcoming wedding. She looks forward to the opportunity to share dance with your family!
HEATHER SULLIVAN
Dance Instructor/Choreographer
Heather is an Accredited Member of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. by examination to teach in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz.
Heather has been dancing since 1986 and began her teaching career in 1998. She attends dance conventions throughout the year continuing her education in dance and teaching.
Heather has enjoyed serving on committees for the governing board of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. She has been a guest instructor for the DMW Members/Teachers at their March teacher convention several years. She has choreographed and taught many award winning routines for our Competition Team.
Heather and her husband, Mike have 3 boys; Christian (8) Lochlan (7) and Griffin (6). In addition to teaching dance, Heather is also teaches at St. Paul's Lutheran School.
She looks forward to working with all of our dancers this year!

HAILEY BROWN
Dance Instructor/Choreographer
Hailey is a 2022 graduate from parker High School. She is working toward certification with Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Inc. and enjoys attending DMW Dance Conventions throughout the year to better herself as a dancer and teacher. Hailey has been dancing since 2009 and started teaching in 2022. She enjoyed being on our competition team from 2014-2022, winning many top awards, judge’s choice awards, New York Invites and Dancer of The Year Finalist. Hailey takes every opportunity she can to dance; she is a member of Dancescapes and recently performed with Bound.
She loves to be involved with the community and has helped with local events through the studio.
Hailey is excited to for the opportunity to share the love and passion of dance with your children!
BRIANNA BREVARD
Dance Instructor/Choreographer
Brianna's love for dance and education started at the age of 5 and has never faded! She grew up learning a variety of styles and dancing competitively. Brianna attended the University of Wisconsin Madison and graduated in May of 2021 with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Dance. While in college she was the choreographer coordinator for Optima Dance at UW Madison. Through college, Brianna taught ballet, tap, jazz, and creative movement in Madison.. During the day she teach 1st grade at Van Buren Elementary.
Brianna and her husband, Jacob have a baby girl. She is excited to be teaching with us and looks forwarded to sharing dance with your family!
